I honestly threw it away 5 minutes after opening the package. I’ve ordered paddle shifters, exterior and interior pieces from Pinalloy in the past which have great quality. Clean. Metal. Durable. Professionally designed... but this one not at all. Super cheap and seemed like a DIY. The bracket used for install was stripped from a ‘R-Line’ emblem badge so the shape doesn’t match the flag. The German flag is just a sticker applied to the R-Line outline. Not durable at all. Needed the same execution as the other pieces I’ve ordered. I’m sure after a few weeks was using the German flag, the sticker would wear terribly and most likely fall off due to a car wash, etc. I guess I had the wrong impression of purchasing an item that was all one piece, full-metal or even plastic like the original ‘R-line’ badge from VW. Best Pinalloy examples I can give are the fender badges and steering wheel badge I’ve purchased before. LOVE THOSE !
