Excitement then slightly disappointed

So for starters. I ordered this case last week, arrived today was super excited the packaging was perfect the craftsmanship was excellent! Unfortunately it did not fit my key fob :( my 2013 fusion has a flip key but the customer service was fantastic, friendly and responded very quickly so even though it didn't fit my fob I give this a 5 star review!
